1. Service Description

BizXPlan provides AI-assisted business plan reports for F&B and ecommerce startups in India. Reports include startup cost estimates, 12-month financial projections, equipment lists, license checklists, and guidance on government funding schemes such as Mudra loans.

2. Not Financial or Legal Advice

All reports generated by BizXPlan are for planning and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of business viability. Cost estimates and projections are based on market benchmarks and may differ from actual costs in your specific location, market, and circumstances.

Before making any significant financial commitment, you should consult a qualified chartered accountant, financial advisor, or business consultant.

3. Data Sources

Equipment prices are sourced from IndiaMart and JustDial. Rent benchmarks are derived from commercial rental data segmented by city tier. Financial figures in your report are computed deterministically from these benchmarks — AI is used only for narrative text, not for numbers.

4. Payment & Refunds

Reports are priced at ₹999 (Standard) or ₹1,599 (Pro) and delivered digitally within 60 seconds of payment. Because reports are generated on demand, refunds are available only for:

Technical failures (report not generated)
Duplicate charges
Non-delivery of purchased files
Report generated for the wrong business type due to a system error

4a. Loan & Financing Disclaimer

BizXPlan does not provide loans, guarantee loan approval, or represent any bank, NBFC, or government authority. Any loan-related content in our reports (including Mudra loan guidance, DSCR estimates, and PMEGP references) is informational and intended only to support your planning and lender discussions. Final loan decisions are always at the discretion of the relevant lender and subject to their policies, your credit profile, and independent assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

The report you purchase is licensed for your personal and business use. You may share it with co-founders, investors, or lenders. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports as your own original work.

6. Limitation of Liability

BizXPlan is not liable for any business losses, investment decisions, or loan applications made based on our reports. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for your report.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
