1. Who We Are

BizXPlan (bizxplan.com) is an AI-powered business plan generator for Indian entrepreneurs. We help founders in the F&B and ecommerce space with startup cost estimates, 12-month financial projections, and guidance on licenses and funding. For questions, contact us at support@bizxplan.com.

1a. Important Notice on Data You Enter

Please do not enter confidential third-party financial, legal, or personal information unless you are authorised to do so. BizXPlan is a planning tool for your own business idea — not a platform for processing others' private data.

2. Data We Collect

  • Business inputs — business type, city, investment budget, and any custom figures you enter in the calculator. This data is used solely to generate your report.
  • Email address — collected at checkout to deliver your report. We do not add you to a marketing list without explicit consent.
  • Payment data — processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
  • Usage data — anonymous page-view analytics (e.g. which business types are most viewed). No personal identifiers are attached.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate and deliver your business plan report via email.
  • To re-generate your report if you request it due to a technical issue.
  • To improve our cost benchmarks and financial models (using aggregated, anonymised data only).

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business inputs to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS ap-south-1 — Mumbai region). All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

5. Data Retention

We retain your calculator inputs and generated report for 12 months to allow you to re-download your report. After 12 months, data is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.

7. Cookies

We use a single localStorage entry (bizxplan-theme) to remember your dark/light mode preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
