Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Product

BizXPlan generates business plan reports on demand. Each report is uniquely created at the time of your purchase using the inputs you provided. Because generation begins immediately after payment, we operate a limited refund policy based on defined delivery defects.

2. When a Refund Is Available

Refunds are available in the following situations:

• Technical failure — the report was not generated due to a system error, and we are unable to regenerate it within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate charge — your account was charged more than once for the same order.
• Non-delivery — you paid but did not receive a download link or email, and we cannot resend the report.
• Wrong business type — the report was generated for a different business type than what you selected, due to a system error (not a change of mind).
• Corrupted file — the delivered PDF or PPTX file is unreadable or blank.

3. When a Refund Is Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• The report was successfully generated and delivered but you found it too generic or not useful.
• Your loan application was rejected after using our report (loan decisions are always at the lender's discretion).
• You changed your mind about the business idea after purchase.
• The projections differ from your actual costs (our reports are benchmark-based estimates, not guaranteed figures).
• You purchased a Standard plan but later wanted Pro features.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@bizxplan.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your order ID (from your confirmation email)
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a dispute through your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine delivery issues fairly and promptly.
